At Fine’ry, we want you to be completely enamored with your signature scent. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns of gently used products within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Securely

  Place the items in their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit, and include the provided packing slip.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
